Last week, Mobiles.co.uk almost melted down as it offered an iPhone 6S 64GB for less than the price of a 16GB version. Unfortunately, the site had to pull the deal yesterday due to unprecedented demand and a lack of stock – you bought them all!

That's the same monthly price as last week's 3GB O2 mega deal – the only difference is it's £50 more up front and for that you get double the data – 6GB instead of 3GB. Plus, because it's Vodafone, you'll get unlimited data for the first two months!

We can't see this deal being beaten in the next few months. The next best deal with 6GB data is £8 more per month (at Mobile Phones Direct) and on the inferior 16GB handset too.
